New Moves Discovered

image

Earlier today PokéBeach reported that, through hacking, that three additional moves have been discovered, along with some additional information about yet to be announced event pokémon.

  • The first move, Hold Hands, a non damaging normal type move in which the user and its ally hold hands, making them both happy. It starts with 40 PP and seems to be similar to the other Gen VI move Celebrate, as well as Splash.
  • The second move, Thousand Arrows, is a physical ground type move that hits opposing pokémon which are in the air, and knocks them to the ground (Fly, flying type, or a levitate counter?). It has an accuracy of 100 and a power of 90.
  • The third move, Thousand Waves, is also a physical ground type move, though this one attacks opponents with a wave, resulting in them being unable to flee from battle. Like the previous move it has an accuracy of 100 and a power of 90.
  • The current working theory is that these moves are to be incorporated with Zygarde in some way . In all likely hood this will either relate to a future event Zygarde, or the more likely being the 3rd version (Pokémon Zero perhaps?)
  • Hoopa, the unrevealed event legendary, possesses the ability Magician (The Pokémon steals the held item of a Pokémon it hits with a move) and its stats are 80/110/60/150/130/70
  • Volcanion, the other unreleased Eevee-lution event legendary, has the ability Water Absorb (Restores HP if hit by a Water-type move) and its stats are 80/110/120/130/90/70
